Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

You and Farct ERP agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Service.
